Quesabirria, Whats the Hype?

How Quesabirria has been sweeping the nation.

Over the last year, I have not stopped reading articles, seeing pictures of long lines, and pictures on social media about this new taco, Quessabirria though it does have a couple other names such as quesataco, and is sometimes referred to as a birria quesadilla. At first I thought to myself, is it really better than the traditional Mexican tacos. Let me be the first to tell you it's up there! Quincedently, As I am writing this one of my colleagues was asking me if i have tried this taco.
What is a Quesabirria?

Since the emergence of the quesabirria, obviously competitors are trying to get their markets by having an edge to this taco, though it is a traditional taco with cheese and Birria- a stewy meat from goat. Now this taco comes with the stew that the birria is cooked in for one to dip their taco in. The way in which this taco is complemented by the stew is an amazing taste, and for all the haters that say tacos are too dry, better try this one. Why is it sweeping the nation?

When talking about this new trendy taco, I asked why would you want to wait an hour for 4 quesa birrias? Their response, have you never tried one. So what do I do next? I scourged Cedar City looking for a Mexican restaurant that sells them, and I found one, El Bueno… It was one of the best tacos i have ever tasted.. Yes said it EVER, and I am Mexican tacos are something i have eaten my whole life. So I would say the taco itself is what’s creating the trend itself.
