Alexander Zermeno has been involved in the Mexican cuisine industry as his parents own Su Casa Fresh Mexican Grill for over 20 years. His love for Mexican cuisine was inspired by his Father and Grandparents who provided him with authentic Mexican food though living in the United States. His love for tacos has opened is eyes to many aspects of the creation of the tacos that includes, the origin, the meat , the creations and finally the toppings of a taco.
